Before founding Boundless Group, I led PE-backed healthcare SaaS businesses from $5M to $65M in revenue. I’ve turned around struggling companies, rebuilt growth engines, led cultural transformations (eNPS -10 → 40+), integrated 9 acquisitions, and modernized legacy technology. Prior to PE, I co-founded a company where I remain on the board today. My background is rooted in healthcare tech—EHR platforms, clinical workflows, compliance, and interoperability.
